• Delays, cancellations, or changes by service providers
• Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings
• Accidents, injuries, or health issues during travel
• Weather conditions or natural disasters
• Poor service quality from third-party vendors
• Changes in itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances

Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, and trip delays.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during booking
• Arrive at meeting points on time
• Follow all safety instructions and guide instructions
• Comply with local laws and regulations at the destination
• Respect cultural customs and traditions of the destination

Violation of these terms may result in immediate removal from the tour without refund.
