  • More than 30 days before departure: Full refund of the package cost (minus any non-refundable payments to third parties)
  • 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund of the package cost
  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund eligible

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Visa processing fees and visa-related expenses
  • Travel insurance premiums (if optional)
  • Prepaid accommodation charges if cancelled outside the hotel's cancellation window
  • Prepaid transportation charges from external vendors

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Contact our customer service team with your booking reference
  2. Submit your cancellation request in writing (email)
  3. Provide your reason for cancellation
  4. Include your preferred refund method (original payment method or bank transfer)

Once your refund is approved, we will process it within 7-14 business days.

4. Modifications and Rescheduling

If you wish to modify your travel dates or itinerary:

  • Requests must be made at least 30 days before departure
  • Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
  • Any fare differences will be adjusted accordingly

5. Special Circumstances

Force Majeure: In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), we will work with you to reschedule your tour or offer a full refund.

Our Cancellation: If Kaziranga Voyage cancels a tour due to insufficient bookings or operational reasons, a full refund will be issued without penalty.

6. Medical and Emergency Situations

If you need to cancel due to medical emergencies or family circumstances, we may offer:

  • A full refund if proper documentation is provided
  • Flexibility to reschedule to a future date without penalties

Medical certificates or relevant documents will be required.

7. Non-Refundable Bookings

Some special promotional packages may be offered as non-refundable. These will be clearly marked at the time of booking, and customers must acknowledge understanding this condition before payment.

8. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within:

  • Bank Transfer: 10-15 business days
